David DeSandro nclud’ed

And now we’re seven. We are proud and excited to announce the newest member of the nclud team, David DeSandro. He’s young, talented and ridiculously passionate – we call him a perfect fit. Dave will be joining nclud as a web designer and front-end developer; he starts next week.

Dave is originally from Philadelphia, a James Madison graduate and currently finishing up a program at Boston University’s CDIA here in Georgetown. We’ve been watching Dave’s work for some time now and have really been inspired by his passion and enthusiasm for the web, both from a visual and technical perspective.

They always say to “hire people better than you”; while we agree with and follow the sentiment, our focus is in hiring people that will make us better. Not “us” in the corporate sense, but us individually. We sought Dave out for this reason; someone who constantly pushes himself to be better and inherently will push and seek the same out of us: from understanding design trends to defying them, from researching advancing technologies to playing with them and from constantly and consistently learning from those leading this industry.
