Over the weekend, the POLITICO native iPhone application launched live to the world! We’re excited to announce the launch as we did the initial user-interface design for the app. POLITICO is available in print, online, mobile and now with an experience specifically designed for the iPhone.
POLITICO is a leading destination for political news coverage; self proclaimed as the "modern voice of Washington, reaching the most influential political professionals running the nation’s capital and the millions of people consuming political news on a daily basis".
POLITICO has been a leader and innovator among news publications since it’s launch, especially when it comes to digital content. It was an exciting experience working with the passionate and innovative POLITICO team to bring this project to fruition.

POLITICO is my favorite distributor of political news, editorials and current events. I’m stoked to hear that they’ve developed an app for the iPhone. While I definitely enjoy viewing this stuff on the web, it’s definitely a more convenient way to access the news. Now that we’re on the subject of applications, we need one for the Android operating system. My friend Jillian has a Droid phone and loves POLITICO too. ;)

POLITICO has an internal team extending the iPhone app and from what I hear, an Android app is on its way (if not already there).
